Mike Tango used this chassis design to win the First New York Car Model race in September 1968. In the very last heat, with only a couple of minutes left, Mike caught and then passed Howie Ursaner, who had TQ'd and was winning with Sandy Gross' incredible Puzzle Pan chassis.
